Is it safe to use nail polish remover during pregnancy? - is non acetone nail polish remover safe in pregnancy

I bought the non-acetone nail polish remover, and I wondered if it safe for use during pregnancy. I let the nails grow, but I did attend a ball this weekend. Thanks
